🚚 3. Shipping Policy

• Processing Time:

  • Premade items ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom dreadlock sets require 3–6 weeks for production before shipping.

• Shipping Method:

  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post or tracked courier.

  • Tracking numbers are provided once shipped.

  • We ship within Canada and select international locations.

• Shipping Delays:
  The Bold Artisan Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

💛 4. Return & Exchange Policy

• Premade Items:
  We accept returns on unused, unworn dreadlocks and non-custom products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition, with packaging and receipt.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

• Custom Orders:
  All custom dreadlock sets, accent packs, and spiritual kits are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of these offerings, we cannot accept returns.
